How do I log a visit?
Search for the airport by its ICAO code (like KTEB), pick the restaurant (or add it if it isn't there yet) and log your visit with a star rating, a "would return" answer, and any private notes or photos you want to keep. It all goes straight into your private journal.
Who can see my journal?
Only you, ever. Your exact visit dates and private notes are never visible to other users. That's enforced at the database level, not just in the app. If you choose to share a review of a visit, other crews see only your review text, rating, and an approximate date like this month.
How do I report an inappropriate review?
Open the review and use the report option, and we'll take a look. You can also block a user so their content no longer appears for you.
How do I delete a visit?
Open the visit in your journal and delete it. It's removed from your journal immediately.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your journal, your reviews, your photos, and your profile. No need to email us, though we're sorry to see you go.
